a coaching space to find stable footing and break new ground

Alex Murdoch provides creative coaching, mentoring and facilitation for artists and arts organisations, both 121 and group work. Using a combination of Relational Dynamics, Open Space facilitation and her long experience as a funding application advisor, Alex can support individual artists and arts organisations with developing and articulating artistic vision, cultural leadership, cultural resets and application advice.

Hello, I’m Alex Murdoch.  I’m an actor and a playwright and I also support people in the arts and culture – using the tools of coaching, mentoring and democratic practices such as Action Learning and Open Space technology.

The New Ground is a space born out of the volatile and uncertain moment we are living in.  Under pressure it’s hard to do our best thinking.  What’s needed is space to press pause, dig a little deeper and get some perspective.
